Bread fruit

I know I've had this before in Grenada..I just can't remember how it tasted.. Is it like bread and fruit? I'm sure they sell this in Brixton Market too..just an interesting fruit that can't be eaten raw..well that's what I asked n they said u hav to cook it..anyways..jus a random post :p
