Scarf braid hair

I got alot of compliments about how i did my hair in the last couple of days so i thought i'd share how i did it because it was soooooo simple yet everyone kept asking how i did it! I'm really NOT a trend setter guys, i just wear whatever i feel comfortable in.. you just get a silk scarf ( i have loads of them because i just love collecting printed scarves whenever i see a beautiful one, i buy them from different countries to topshop and market stalls!)  knot it on to your hair and then just braid it into your hair as you would a normal braid! secure with a hairband and ur good to go! sound like really retarded instructions right? because it was that easy!

My hair has gotten really long so its easy to do if you have alot of length to work with..but if you don't, wrap it like a alice band first and then braid it in so the scarf has shorter ends! I sound like one of those youtube beauty gurus don't i? lol!! An easy hairdo thats acceptably 'hippy' in spring/summer! :p Hope this was useful dolliez! The Best D.i.Y Face mask!!

One of my favourite mottos is "Sharing is Caring!!" :D that why i felt to tell all my dudes and dudettes about my favourite homemade mask remedy!

1stly, one thing u gotta know about me... I quite passionate about skincare and natural beauty products.. i dunno, I've worked in the natural health industry for about 6 years now so you can imagine right!! Anyways, one thing i was always really good at was giving people advice on what to use for their skin types and what foods and active ingredients help with what... Customers would remember me and thank me later about how my advice has benefitted them! :D makes me happy :D

NATURAL YOGURT & ORGANIC HONEY!!

Thats right, make ur breakfast and put a tablespoon of it on your face whiles you're at it!! LOL! Jus leave it to dry and when it has, wash off... it does calm redness, moisturise, re hydrates and is very soothing and healing!! 

Whiles at work, i'm always recommending my home beauty tips to customers and its been lovely to see them come back and thanking me for my lil random tips!! I take no credit for it tho, what i learn from others, i pass on if i think its awesome n this mask was one of them!! One girl had acne n rosacea n she tried it with added porridge oats n she was amazed!! :D acne went n redness went down n her skin was so soft!!

I STILL solely believe true skincare comes from within... Healing foods, water and quality supplementation will help you more n the long run! so don't just eat crap n buy expensive creams!!

Today's colour!

Felt like the retro look today n there was a new colour out in the butters nail laquers so I had to try it out! One coat n it gave full coverage..I'm not really feelin the colour nw that it's on..I'll try to mk it work tho

Swweeet lips!!

I saw these at a till point n thought..wow lip balms that smell like sprite or coka cola?!! I'm not for unnatural stuff but I wanted to try it at least..it looked yummy! I got the cherry cola one and OMG!! It not only smelt amazing like the real drink but it tasted sweet like it aswell!! Only cost me £1.50 I wanna get them all now!! :D

Hair!!

Yez I told u I was an angel! After my date, I drove to my friends house coz I promised I would colour her hair..this gurl has a whole lotta hair no joke..and it's actually reallllly bushy and afroish!! And I had to colour it, blow-dry and press it straight!

U can't really see the proper colour it came out to be but it was there really nice honey brown..I used bleach powder to lift the colour more since her hair is naturally very dark..

The pics kinda scary innit..looks like the ring!! Hahahaa...what I friend I am..I was doing her hair till 2.30am and I had work in the morning on top of that! But she has got the longest afro hair I have ever seen..it's gorgeous! All natural..when I see her hair..makes me not wanna cut mines..

Oh my battle scars..burnt my arm as I was pressing her hair with my gHDs :(

Change my hair colour??

I've rocked this look for end of 2009 and most of 2010...it isn't the most easy to maintain colour at all...should i change it completely?? i've decided to let my hair grow...but i still dno bout the colour?? should i go warm or cool tones?

I haven't finished my hair yet so i'm not gna post a pic up untill i have...haha...coz i bleach it...it takes awhile to get the colour i want and the inbetween stage isn't great but when i dnt try to do it all in 1 day, its better for my hair so it gets a rest :D i know..its so bad but i guess i'm comfortable with this look right now i can't be bothered to experiment..n going all dark is gna be hard coz ill get the inbetween colour for awhile :s but i really dnt wanna look like every other chick anyways... O_o

My gosh how was my day... it was cool... i'm feeling healthy..i've been taking my suppliments more religiously now..and drinking tons of mineral water...my skin is looking and feeling amazing..must be from the detox..and overall..i feel loved and content within myself :)

I really haven't been up to much lately...since the new yr, i just like to do nothing lol!! i mean i go to work n do my thing..then after that..i prefer to just stay at home or go to a friends house and chill...nothing that requires money or extra layers of clothing or making extra effort in the way i look lol!!

Hey guys!! its been awhile since i sat down and properly typed for my blog...but this is sumfin i normally do so i thought it would be good to blog about...

Now i used to go salon to get my hair cut, coloured and blowdried like once every 3 months..and it used to cost me about £100 thats with discount every single time i went..and that is excluding my visits to get a toner anf treatment put in...now dudes won't understand why we spend so much on our hair...but basically when ur hurr is right, u feel great!! but...sadly..i can't afford to go n spend hundreds on my hair anymore..so i usually dye and trim my hair myself..ive been doing it since last yr and suprisingly..people tell me it doesn't look like a crappy home diy job lol!! Thing is... i used to work in a professional hair salon when i was about 14..and i was always keen to learnt how to do everything myself... so when i had to start bleaching my hair myself and trimming and layering it..i kinda knew what i was doing...

But yea...im do my hair today...heres a pic from last time!! hahaahahahahha!!
